Sleek, Stylish, and... Comfortable? It's Possible!

You’re a stylish person, and you’re very proud of the wardrobe you’ve managed to put together over the past couple of years. But just how comfy are the clothes you’ve got hung up in there? Are you willing to lace yourself up in some high waist jeans and a tight blouse, and forget how to breath for half of the day, since it makes you look so good? Don’t worry, a lot of us - but we forget how to dress comfortably and stylish at the same time because of it!

So to better make sure you’re feeling yourself, and feeling perfectly comfortable in the clothes you dress to the nines in after you wake up, here’s some tips you might want to put to good use.

Get the Right Blend

You’re going to need a good fabric blend on your side, if you’re looking to get a lot more cozy in the clothes you put on each day. After all, there’s a lot of synthetic and nylon like fibers out there that give clothes a rubbery or static finish, and you’re going to want to stay well away from those at the least!

Maybe you could try a brand like cecilie copenhagen? If you’re someone who likes the warmth and softness of wearing scarves, this is going to be the kind of clothing option you want to stay on the lookout for!

Know Your Jeans

The jeans you wear have a huge impact on how you look and feel. Denim can be a rough and hard material, especially if the jeans you think you love are five to ten years old by now - thankfully we’ve gotten a lot better at producing clothing items like these!

But the jeans you come to rely on for both casual days out and at home need to be comfortable, and they need to hug your figure well. A lot of people swear by skinny cut jeans, seeing as ankle boot cuts don’t have much room outside of the 2000s - but if you like to have room down there, feel free to get something like Boyfriend jeans (which also have more room for big hips too!).

Don’t Underestimate the Power of Shoes!

Shoes can make or break an outfit, and they can make or break how comfortable you feel wearing one too. After all, being in heels all day is really not fun, and you can do a lot better for yourself.

So make sure you’ve got a good pair of walking or running shoes at hand, for those jaunts to and from work or to and from a friend’s party. Similarly, make sure you’ve got a good pair of slippers or slides for lounging around the house in. You don’t always have to go barefoot!

Being comfortable should be one of the main priorities when you’re picking out an outfit for the day, so make it a lot easier on yourself! Your wardrobe could do with some cozy updates, so hopefully these can help.
